Online payment facility:

We accept all types of debit/credit card, net banking, UPI & Wallet through our online payment gateway.

All transactions will be processed in India. Lectreasure OPC Pvt. Ltd. endeavors to offer you competitive prices on current products.Your total order price will include the price of the goods/services plus any applicable taxes and shipping charges.

ORDER PROCESSING

Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment.

Note: Lectreasure OPC Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

REFUNDS/RETURNS POLICY

If candidates/Students for any reason wish to cancel their face-to-face classes they will be liable to pay 15% of the total fee to Lectreasure OPC Private Ltd. They must intimate to Lectreasure in writing of their class cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who paid the fees.

Fee will be refundable only before starting relevant classes for which students/candidates are registered.

The refundable amount will be credited to students/candidates accounts within 7 days from the date of order cancellation.

No refund will be made after starting face-to-face classes under any circumstances.

Before accepting shipment of any product, kindly ensure that the product's packaging is not damaged or tampered with. If you observe that the package is damaged or tampered with, request you to refuse to accept delivery and inform Lectreasure OPC pvt. ltd. at the earliest. In case of accepting damaged or tampered product, Lectreasure is not responsible.

If a buyer wants to return books/materials can return them to us undamaged in the original packaging within 7 calendar days of books/materials received. The buyer of books/materials is liable to pay the courier charge or any expenses incurred during returning process.

Fee once paid is non-refundable under any circumstances for Video Classes.
