Instructions:

1. Check your system to be above these minimum system requirements: operating system: windows 7 ultimate or above, windows 8, 8.1, windows 10. (not compatible with: windows xp, windows vista, windows 7 starter, windows 7 basic, windows 7 n edition, windows 7 kn edition.) Processor: core 2 duo 1.5 GHz and above, Celeron dual core 1.5 GHz and above, intel atom quad-core 1.5 GHz and above. Ram: 1.5 GB free memory
2. 8 months validity for a full course, 6 months validity for a crash course,1.5 times views (per lecture). Software used-content browser
3. In the case of pen drive, an internet connection is required just for 5 minutes to activate pen drive classes, an activation key will be provided on the registered mail id. Students can activate the classes without any help from our technical person. Thereafter internet connection is required just for a minute every 5 days so that the server interact with your system for views updation etc.
4. Internet is required to download google drive classes (if opted for google drive). Thereafter the process is same as in case of pen drive.
5. Classes can be played on windows laptops only. (desktop, projector, tv, or any external display is not allowed)
6. Speed can be increased up to 1.8x, however, to maintain audio/video quality it is suggested to view the video up to 1.25x speed.
7. Book and pen drive will be dispatched only on receipt of full payment.
8. Fee is inclusive of book and pen-drive (reusable) (if opted for pen-drive classes), courier and technical support.

11. classes can be played on a single laptop only. However, one switch-over is allowed during the validity period, if required.

14. For pen-drive crash course, pen drive, complete material book with mcq will be provided.
15. For google drive course, google drive link will be sent on e.mail and complete material book with mcq will be couriered.
16. Technical support shall be given for activation of pen drive/google drive
17. Price mentioned is for delivery in India only, for overseas delivery please confirm the price before ordering.
18. Material and pen drive will be delivered within 3-10 days depending upon location of your city.
19. To avoid delay in dispatch and delivery, please provide address of some prominent location in main city. Book and pd(if opted) will be sent throught dtdc courier service. If your address is not covered by dtdc, it will be sent through indian post.
20. In case of any misprints or missing pages, the buyer shall be provided with a pdf file containing the missing pages.in case of any other material defect brought to our knowledge within 7 days of purchase, the book shall be replaced.
21. Subject-related updates will be sent through WhatsApp broadcast on the registered student's mobile numbers.
22. Fee paid is nonrefundable.
23. Extension of validity is conditional and chargeable.
